What are the health benefits of Eggs?

Eggs are a great ingredient for your liver, healthy cell division and for enabling fats, proteins and sugars to support life.A firm favourite in the 1950's and are back on the menu now that the worries about the cholesterol in them have been allayed. Eggs are supplied in 3 categories: eggs from caged hens at around 12 pence each, eggs from free range hens at around 21 pence each and organic free range eggs at around 30 pence each.  The only sure way to guarantee truly 'free range' and organic is to check that the eggs meet the standards of the UK Soil Association, which will be either stated or the box will carry the Soil Association symbol. The UK Soil Association ensures the highest standards of animal welfare in the world.
