Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Dice the chicken. 
2) Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 9-10 minutes, or until just tender. 
3) Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan, add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. 
4) Remove from heat and gradually stir in stock. Return to heat and bring back to the boil, stirring continuously until thickened. 
5) Stir in mustard, lemon rind and juice, cream and seasoning. 
6) Add chicken. Heat gently to warm through. Don not allow to boil. 
7) Drain pasta and serve topped with chicken, sauce and garnished with chives.
