Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Put the salmon into a bowl with the water and crush all of the bones.
2) Add the onions and mayo, and mix together. Season to taste.
3) Leave in the fridge for half an hour.
4) Butter the bread and fill with half of the salmon mayo mix for each sandwich.
5) Serve with the crisps.
