Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Pour the oil into a saucepan over a low heat and sauté the onions until soft.
2) Mix the sorghum flour with a little cold water and add to the onions.
3) Add the peas and the rest of the water,
4) Turn up the heat to medium and bring to a low simmer.
5) Add the chopped parsley and onion powder and season to taste.
6) Blitz the soup until smooth using a stick blender.
