Kippers are a cheap fish that delivers on protection for your brain, heart, immune system, cleansing activity and bones

A kipper is a herring that has been split, gutted, salted and smoked. Traditionally the whole fish is split from head to tail and served whole, but if you’re putting it in a roll it needs to be a fillet.
