Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Put the rice in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water and cook for 12-15 minutes, or according to pack instructions.
2) Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
3) Drain the rice and add to the onions. Cook over a low heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
4) Season and serve with raisins and pine nuts on top.
