Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Add the rice, water and coconut milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
2) Add the kidney beans and thyme and simmer for 20 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
3) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
