150g digestive biscuits nutritional information

300g dark chocolate 70% nutritional information
300g dark chocolate 70%
1 can condensed milk nutritional information
1 can condensed milk
300ml double cream nutritional information
300ml double cream
Sprinkle of coca powder nutritional information
Sprinkle of coca powder
40g butter melted nutritional information
40g butter melted
25g unsalted butter nutritional information
25g unsalted butter

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Line and grease a loose bottomed 22cm cake tin.
2) Pour the condensed milk into a sauce pan and add the chocolate, broken into chunks along with the unsalted butter.
3) Heat over a medium heat, stirring all the time until smooth and silky.
4) Meanwhile, put the biscuits into a bowl, crush and add the melted butter to bind.
5) Spoon the biscuits into the base of the tin and squash down to form a base for your pie.
6) Once ready, pour the chocolate fudge mix over the biscuit base and smooth over.
7) Pop into the freezer for 30minutes.
8) Whisk the double cream until stiff.
9) Remove the pie from the freezer, add the cream to the top and sprinkle over the cocoa powder.
10) Refrigerate until needed and then serve with some pouring cream.
