50g unsalted butter,
35g caster sugar
50g self raising flour
1 medium egg
1) Pop the butter in a cup and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. 2) Put all of the ingredients including the melted butter into a bowl and mix well. 3) Place 6 paper cases on your microwave plate, in a ring so there’s not one in the middle. 4) Divide the mixture evenly between the paper cases. 5) Cook on high heat for 1 minute. 6) Take out of the microwave and wait a minute before eating. (This is very important as it keeps cooking for a few seconds. 7) Eat while warm or allow to cool and add icing of your choice.
