Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Mix the apples with the lemon juice.
2) Toast the walnuts until lightly browned in a dry frying pan. Watch carefully as its easy to burn them, transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
3) When cool, toss all the ingredients together and season with the salt and pepper to taste.
4) Add your favourite salad dressing if required.
5) Enjoy!
