Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1. Place the chopped peeled potato in one layer across the base of a large pan.
2. Pour over the olive oil and scatter the garlic amongst the potato chunks.
3. Pour over enough water to just come to the top of the potatoes.
4. Simmer the mix for 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
5. Serve with a scattering of chopped parsley.
