Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Wash the greens thoroughly.
2) Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add the greens and boil for 20 to 30 seconds, until green are barely cooked through.
3) Drain the greens and squeeze out excess water then set aside.
4) To make the dressing: Mix the rest of the ingredients, adding additional spoonfuls of dashi or water as necessary so that the dressing is slightly thicker than heavy cream.
5) To serve, drizzle the dressing over the cooled greens. Serve hot or cold.
