Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Heat the butter and oil in a large pan and cook the onion until transparent.
2) Add the garlic and cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring, then turn the heat very low.
3) Place the chicken breast in the pan, in one layer if possible.
4) Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, turning once. Check the chicken is cooked through but do not overcook.
5) Transfer the chicken to hot plates and coat with the garlic cream sauce.
