Cooking tips

Made by adding kefir grains to milk, kefir grains are made up of yeast and bacteria and cause the milk to ferment to a yogurt like consistency and you end up with a super yogurt in terms of probiotic (good) bacteria to promote gut health.

Kefir may also help with diabetes, improving insulin resistance by reducing inflammatory responses.
