What are the health benefits of Lamb cutlets - bone in?

All lamb is free range and British and New Zealand lambs generally roam around on hillsides eating grasses and herbs hence the tradition of serving lamb with rosemary.

This cut is great for special occasions and will benefit your immune system, brain, cells and energy creation

Lamb also contains a fat called conjugated linoleic acid which has been shown to have anti-cancer properties - see link below

Cooking tips

Fry them fat side down for a couple of minutes before putting them in a medium oven for 12 minutes for rare, 15 for medium and 20 for well done.
