Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Pop one frozen potato into the microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes.
2) Once the potato is ready, cut through the middle vertically and horizontally then squeeze to open.
3) Add the butter then top with the sardines and capers.
4) Serve with the rocket on the side and dress with the salad cream.
5) Eat accompanied by a small carton of coconut water.
