Small carton of coconut water
35g wild rocket
2 tsp salad cream
120g tin of sardines in tomato sauce
220g baked potato - frozen
20g spreadable butter
1) Pop one frozen potato into the microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes. 2) Once the potato is ready, cut through the middle vertically and horizontally then squeeze to open. 3) Add the butter then top with the sardines and capers. 4) Serve with the rocket on the side and dress with the salad cream. 5) Eat accompanied by a small carton of coconut water.
