90ml/6 tbsp olive oil nutritional information

200g/1 head radicchio nutritional information
200g/1 head radicchio
45ml/3 tbsp balsamic vinegar nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to fan 160C/conventional 180C/gas 4.
2) Grease a baking tray with the oil.
3) Cut the figs into quarters, from the top almost to the base and place on the baking tray.
4) Bake for 15 minutes.
5) Remove from the oven and crumble the goats cheese into the centre of the figs.
6) Whisk the olive oil and vinegar with seasoning to taste to make the dressing.
7) Tear the radicchio leaves and mix with the walnuts. Drizzle with the dressing.
8) Serve the figs with the dressed salad.
