What are the health benefits of Biscotti?

These crunchy biscuits are great for your immune system and protect against dementia. Biscotti are almond biscuits that originate in Prato Italy, they were the result of a process that was used to help preserve food for a long time, twice baking, which gives them their crunchy texture.
