1) Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the onions, garlic and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft. 2) Add the soya mince, miso paste, yeast extract, tomato puree, cumin and chilli flakes. Stir to mix. 3) Add the tinned tomatoes, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
4) Season to taste 5) Add kidney beans and lentils and cook for a further 5 minutes.
