Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Melt the butter and oil in large frying pan and add the chops and onion.
2) Fry the chops for about 6 minutes per side, or until cooked, then remove to a warmed oven dish.
3) Add grape halves to the pan with the onions and fry gently for 2 minutes.
4) Add the chicken stock, bring to boil, then add single cream and seasoning.
5) Add the chops back to pan and heat through.
6) Serve with rice, mash or just some braised cabbage as we have done.
