1 Tbsp rapeseed oil nutritional information

2 tbsp tomato sauce nutritional information
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp malt vinegar nutritional information
1 tbsp malt vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice nutritional information
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp ground white pepper nutritional information
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 spring onions, finely sliced nutritional information

1 tbsp Sriracha chilli sauce nutritional information
1 tbsp Sriracha chilli sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Combine all ingredients except the cauliflower and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
2) Add the cauliflower florets. Cut them in half if they will be too big for stir frying.
3) Mix to coat well.
4) Cover and leave to marinate for an hour.
5) Add the sesame oil to a pan over a medium heat.
6) Add the cauliflower and the marinade and bring to a simmer.
7) Put a lid on and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes until al dente.
8) Turn the heat up to high and stir fry until liquid has reduced to almost nothing.
9) Serve immediately.
