1 litre of vegetable stock (20g/2 x stock cubes) nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the carrots and onion for 5 mins until starting to soften.
2) Add the stock and tomatoes, then simmer for 5 mins.
3) Add the pasta and cook for a further 8 – 10 minutes until the pasta is ready.
4) Add the peas simmer for 2 mins more to heat them through.
5) Stir in the basil, season to taste and serve.
