Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 220°C, Gas 7,
2) Combine all the ingredients, except the meat to make the hoisin sauce.
3) Chop the spare ribs into pieces and marinate them in the sauce for at least 1 hour, turning once or twice.
4) Place them on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven at 220°C, Gas 7, for 15-20 minutes until browned, baste with sauce half way through
5)Spoon over any remaining sauce.
