Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Toss the tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and watercress together and divide over 4 plates.
2) Arrange the mozzarella on top of the salad.
3) To make the dressing, whisk together the oil, mustard, vinegar, lime juice and seasoning.
4) Pour over the salad immediately before serving.
5) Decorate with chives.
