300g Dark Chocolate (Vegan)
240ml Coconut Cream nutritional information
240ml Coconut Cream
20g Cocoa Powder - Unsweetened nutritional information
20g Cocoa Powder - Unsweetened

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) In a pan slowly heat the coconut cream to a simmer.
2) While that's heating up break the chocolate up into small pieces in a bowl.
3) Once the coconut cream starts to simmer pour it carefully into the chocolate pieces and mix together.
4) Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
5) Next scoop even amounts of the mixture out and hand roll into a ball. Dump them into the cocoa powder to coat them then place on a tray.
6). Place in the fridge for another 10 minutes to set with the powder.
7) Serve and enjoy with a special friend.
