1) Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. 2) Put the salmon on a greased baking tray. Season and squeeze over ½ a lemon. 3) Bake in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until cooked to your liking. 4) Put the remaining ingredients into a food processor and blitz until roughly chopped. 5) Serve the salmon with the salsa verde on the side.
