What are the health benefits of Balsamic vinegar olive oil and bread?

This is great to have on the table when guests arrive for a dinner party and you’re not quite ready. Be careful its very moreish and you don’t want to fill them up before the meal!

Enough olive oil to fill half a side plate, approx 4 tbsp nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Pour equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar onto separate halves of the plate. They will mix a little.
2) Serve with big chunks of bread.
3) If you're using extra virgin olive oil it might be an idea to warm the oil a little first as it’s very thick and warming it will thin it out a little.
4) Keep topping up as needed

Some people prefer to put the balsamic vinegar in the middle of the oil, as in the picture, but I find that this covers the vinegar with the oil and makes it difficult to get at the balsamic.
