What are the health benefits of Iced tea?

Tea has phytochemicals which may after your heart, blood pressure and cells. A must for the summer is a cool jug of iced tea, bursting with lime juice and mint for a refreshing change to a hot cuppa.

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Boil a kettle and fill a big teapot with 1.2 litres of water.
2) Add the tea bags, sugar and mint to the pot and infuse for 10 mins.
3) Strain and cool.
4) Pour into a jug with the lime juice and serve with lemon slices, mint leaves and plenty of ice.
