Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat grill to the highest setting.
2) Put the sausages on to a baking tray and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly, until brown.
3) Meanwhile, slice the celery, and deseed the peppers and cut into small chunks.
4) Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or wok and fry the celery, peppers onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes to soften.
5) Add the crushed chillies and rice and cook, stirring, for a minute, before adding the tomatoes, the hot stock and some seasoning.
6) Simmer on a medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nearly all of the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is tender.
7) When the sausages are cooked, cut them into chunks and stir into the rice.
