Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Using pre boiled chicken feet cut the tiptoes of the chickens feet off. 
2) Mix the grated ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, chilli, rice wine, vinegar, spring onions and sugar to make the sweet and sour sauce. 
3) Soak the cooked chickens feet in sweet and sour sauce in a sealed container and then place the container in a refrigerator for around 8 hours. 
4) Get the chickens feet out and reheat the whole mixture in a pan 
5) Serve and enjoy!
