Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) In a saucepan mix the lentils with the tomato puree, curry powder, coriander powder, garlic powder, chilli powder and onion powder
2) Add the stock cube plus 500ml of water and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer gently for 15 minutes with a lid on.
3) Serve topped with the coriander leaves and a slice of lemon.
