Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Cut apples, onions and figs to bite size pieces.
2) Put all ingredients into a large non-stick saucepan and bring to a low simmer.
3) Cook for 60 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and it’s nice and sticky.
4) Spoon into sterilised jars while still hot.
