1) Dip the liver into seasoned flour.
2) Pan fry the bacon to release the fat and remove from the pan once cooked.
3) Fry the liver in the bacon fat and the oil.
4) Steam the broccoli for 4 minutes until al dente.
5) De-glaze the pan with the stock and add the cornflour to thicken, once thickened serve with the liver, bacon and steamed broccoli.
