60ml/4 tbsp oyster sauce nutritional information

25ml/2 tbsp rapeseed oil nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Slice the chicken into thin strips and put in a bowl.
2) Deseed and slice the pepper. Peel and grate the ginger, peel and finely chop the garlic. 
3) Add these ingredients and the sugar snap peas to the chicken together with the oyster sauce and mix everything thoroughly.
4) Heat the oil in a wok and cook the cashews for 2-3 minutes until golden, then set aside.
5) Boil a pan of water and add the noodles. Turn off the heat and leave for 4 minutes or until the noodles are cooked. Drain.
6) Add the chicken mixture to the wok and cook over a high heat for 3-4 minutes in 2 batches, transferring the first batch to a plate while you cook the second.
7) Return everything to the wok, including the noodles and cashews. Toss together over the heat for a couple of minutes and serve.
