Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Oil and season the chicken, place on a roasting tray and roast for 75 minutes at 180 degrees.
2) Take the chicken out of the oven to rest, turn the oven up to maximum and put the oven chips on 2 baking trays in the oven for 20 minutes.
3) Serve with the roasting juices poured over the chips.
