An updated classic way to provide protection for your arteries, heart, bones, liver and DNA. There are gluten free pizza bases available but they tend to be a bit on the thick side for our liking, so using a wrap is a great alternative, especially as the gluten free ones tend to be a bit stiffer.

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Brush the oil over the seeded wrap paying attention to the edges.
2) Spoon over the passata and spread evenly over the wrap.
3) Scatter over the sliced mushrooms and pieces of ham.
4) Sprinkle over the cheese.
5) Place into an oven preheated to 240 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
