It’s Easter, so we don’t need any excuses to eat chocolate. 

This Easter leave the eggs to the kids and have some proper grown up chocolate treats, starting with a chocolate and chilli mousse!


Chocolate and chilli mousse

300ml/½ pint double cream, whipped to soft peaks
4g/1 red chilli, chopped
