What are the health benefits of Tofu (Fuyu) - salted & fermented?

This one is fermented and is prepared with calcium sulphate and is a good source of manganese and copper and may be a great source of calcium along with the phytochemicals known as isoflavones

There seems to be very little information about whether the addition of calcium sulphate to tofu is as good as naturally occurring calcium
