What are the health benefits of Watercress?

Watercress is a very traditional British salad green and one of the oldest known leaf vegetables eaten by humans! It is great for your blood, bone, artery and eye health.

Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, is said to have located his hospital next to a stream so that he could grow watercress for his patients.
