What are the health benefits of Crab whole cooked ?

There are over 4,000 species of crab from all over the world. Crab claws contain a sweet white meat while the meat from under the upper shell is soft and brown with a richer flavour.

The European brown crab is available all year round; it can grow to as much as 25cm across.
