What are the health benefits of Dandelion leaves?

A wild green leaf that’s great for supporting your eyesight, blood and immune system. Dandelion leaves are great for you, why not make a salsa verse with them. We’ve tried this recipe (see link below) with nettles and its great, so why not give it a go. The leaves taste a bit like rocket or radicchio and you can eat the flowers as well! If you are picking them make sure you wash them thoroughly before using.
