What are the health benefits of Parmesan - fresh?

Parmesan cheese will look after your bones, arteries and DNA.

Parmigiano Reggiano in Italian, it must be produced from cows grazing on fresh grass or hay to be called parmesan.

It has a hard texture and is salty and nutty in flavour.
