Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Place the bread in the toaster and toast.
2) Melt half of the butter in a pan and crack in the eggs and scramble with a wooden spoon.
3) Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
4) Butter the toast and put the scrambled eggs on top.
5) Lay the sheets of salmon on top and serve.
6) Pour boiling water over the teabag, allow to brew and add a splash of milk.
