Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Melt butter in a medium saucepan over a high heat
2) Add the leeks and stir for a few minutes until the leeks soften. Make sure to scrape up the residue on the bottom of the pan.
3) Turn the heat down and cook for 10 minutes or until the leeks are cooked.
4) Add the cream and season to taste.
5) Stir until the cream has heated through.
