20g/ 1 egg yolk nutritional information

12g/1 tbsp chopped parsley nutritional information

150ml dry white wine nutritional information

75g dried wholemeal breadcrumbs nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Heat oven to 160C/fan 180C/gas 4
2) Cut fish into 4 pieces, place in a shallow ovenproof dish. Sprinkle seasoning over fish.
3) Cream 50g butter with egg yolk and add parsley. Spread over each piece of fish.
4) Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and dot fish with remaining butter.
5) Pour wine into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
6) Add tomatoes and bake for a further 5 minutes.
