600g sweet potato peeled and cut into 'chips' nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1. Heat oven to 350F/180C.
2. Melt coconut oil in a small pan.
3. In a bowl toss together the sweet potato, coconut oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Lay a baking sheet in a roasting pan and spread the sweet potato out evenly. Cook for 1 hour tossing occasionally.
5. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
