What are the health benefits of Simply cook cauliflower?

A British classic that is good for your blood, bones and immune system. Cauliflower also contains a chemical called sulforaphane which may have anticancer properties. Why not try mashing your cauliflower with a little butter and chopped chives, as an alternative to mash. If you are boiling try to use as little water as possible as some of the goodness will leech out into the water.
