Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:
1) Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
2) Beat the butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla, until creamy.
3) Stir in the flour, baking powder, raisins, chocolate and walnuts, to make a stiff dough.
4) Using a tablespoon drop small mounds, approximately 30, onto a large greased, baking dish, spacing them well apart.
5) Bake for 10-12 mins until golden, leave to harden for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
