Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Drop the spinach in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes then drain and squeeze.
2) Allow to cool and then chop finely.
3) Mix with all the other ingredients, adding the olive oil slowly until it’s at the right consistency.
